Unless otherwise specified on the Quotation Notes or Invoice Notes the following applies.

Parts to be manufactured per Customer provided drawings and instructions.

Purchase Terms

Terms of payment: 50% down payment is due upon purchase order acceptance. Final payment is due within 30 days after date of invoice, net. By accepting this quote, I am agreeing to the Terms and Conditions provided herein.

Returns

A Returned Material Authorization number must be issued by Senra Systems prior to the return of any goods. Goods returned are to be referenced with this number and must be returned within 30 days of the issuance of the RMA number, or they will not be accepted.

Warranty

Senra Systems warrants new product manufactured by Senra Systems to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of twelve months. Products not manufactured by Senra Systems are warranted by their manufacturer. Senra Systems at its option will repair or replace faulty goods and is not responsible for any consequential loss incurred due to faulty goods. This warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse or consumable items. The warranty does not include modifications or damages due to abuse by the user.

Prices

All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars, and are subject to change without notice. Quotes are valid for duration indicated Senra Customer Portal from the date of the Quote. All shipments will be sent FOB Origin and it is the responsibility of the Customer to request insurance through the shipping carrier if required.

Payment

Unless otherwise quoted, payment terms are net 30 days from date of invoice. A service charge of 1.5% per month will be charged to past due accounts. Goods will not be dispatched to buyers whose accounts are overdue until such time that full payment has been received by us. Customer agrees to pay all costs incurred in collection, including attorney’s fees in the amount of a third of the total balance due if the account is placed with an attorney for collection whether suit is filed or not. Agreements with Senra Systems shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California.

Cancellation Policy

Purchase Orders (POs) canceled more than three (3) business days after issuance are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. This fee covers time, materials, and engineering effort already invested in the project, including the production of custom harnesses.

For expedited orders, cancellations must be made within twenty-four (24) hours of PO issuance to avoid incurring the cancellation fee.

Cancellations made within the respective timeframes above (3 business days for standard orders and 24 hours for expedited orders) will not incur any cancellation fees.
