David Hwang

David has over 20 years of experience as an engineer and engineering leader at our country’s most important aerospace and defense companies, from Boeing and Northrop Grumman to Millennium Space Systems, SpaceX, and Anduril Industries. Earlier in his career, David was a materials and process engineer on the most recognizable aircraft and satellite programs today (SpaceX Dragon and Falcon; Boeing’s Space Shuttle and Delta Rocket). At Millenium, David ultimately served as the VP of Manufacturing and Production, managing a $20 million yearly capital expenditure budget to deliver 12 satellites in full and over 500 avionics and mechanical components during his time there. He also led AS9100 quality system creation and helped Millenium receive its certification on its first try.

David comes to Senra from Anduril, where he served as Director of Manufacturing Engineering for all ground systems. He led a team of 12 manufacturing engineers and a full production technician team, working on all ground and small drone productions, including TITAN integration for the U.S. Army. He also helped build Anduril’s in-house manufacturing execution system and will help us do the same.
